Jennifer Gail Snyder was born 29 Oct 1971. She passed away at 7:10 June 8 2012 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. She was adopted by Ralph Gregory Snyder and Janice Sluder Snyder. Her mother re-married Jerry Slayers. Jenn had 4 step sibilings of Slayers and gained a step-bro and sister when her father married Janet Allen McShanog. Jennifer graduated Terre Haute North in 1989. She had been employed by the ISU football dept for several years. On June 14, 1997, she married the love of her life, Eric Krockenberger. She and Eric have a son Colin Krockenberger. Jennifer had chosen to be a stay at home mom and made Colin a priority, as her two step daughters; Megan and Cari, who both lived in their home for several years as Jennifer enjoyed having daughters to love as though they were her own. She took pride in designing a web site for the author of the book and movie "Outsiders". She was sent to California to meet the cast members. Jennifer was also an advocate in attempting to reconnect children with their birth parents. She created and designed the Glen Home Historical Tribune Website, where she looked for her own biological family members. She was very active in many groups as Autism Awareness, MACC, Wabash Valley Moms, Wabash Valley Geneology Society, and was a member of Central Christian Church. Jennifer leaves behind all her family members, including parents, aunts and uncles, many cousins and most especially her son Colin and her loving girls.
