He is survived by his wife, Susan Williams Moore; one daughter, Mary Sue Edwards of Perryville, Md., one son, Marshall Victor Moore III, of North East, Md.; a brother, Ronald Leon Moore, Sr. of Charlestown, Md.; two grandsons, Marshall V Moore IV and Eric Carter Moore and one great-grandson, Brett M. Moore.
