Robert Wade Carlton, 86, of Wesley, Arkansas, died May 31, 2012 at the Willard Walker Hospice Home in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He was born January 16, 1926 at Murry, Arkansas, the son of Theo and Etta Hammond Carlton. He was a retired carpenter and a Baptist. He was preceded in death by four brothers and five sisters.

Survivors include: two sons and daughters-in-law, Randy and Kim Carlton and Reggie and Jerri Carlton, all of Wesley, Arkansas; five grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A. M. Monday, June 4, in the chapel of Brashears Funeral Home with The Reverends Jasper Hankins and Johnny Sisemore officiating. Interment will be in the Mount Olive Cemetery under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home www.brashearsfuneralhome.net of Huntsville, Arkansas. Pallbearers will be: Robbie Carlton, Brad Dennis, Rick Ledbetter, Justin Brannan, Hank Phillips and Michael Carlton.
