Sally E. Asbury Milligan, age 78 of Valparaiso passed away Saturday, June 9, 2012 at the VNA Horton Hospice Center surrounded by her family. She was born on February 16, 1934 in Rock Springs, WY the daughter of Paul O. and Lena E. (Barnhart) Hughes.
Sally is survived by her children: John (Stacie) Asbury of Minnesota and Karen (Dan) Bruce of Valparaiso; 10 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and two brothers: Tom (Jane) Hughes and Robert (Thelma) Hughes, both of Kansas.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands: Maurice R. Asbury and Richard Milligan; son, Robert Asbury; daughter Wanda Fox-Bingham; and brother, Paul O. Hughes, Jr. Following cremation at Angelcrest Crematory, Valparaiso, a graveside service will take place Wednesday, June 13, 2012, at 11:00 AM at Angelcrest Cemetery, Valparaiso.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are requested to the VNA Hospice 2401 Valley Dr, Valparaiso 46383.
