Suggested edit: Larry and Dorothy Ackley had three children: Robert Lawrence (1944-2019), Steven Ralph (1947-1973), and Eileen Patricia (1951-). Larry served in the U.S. Navy during WWII as Chief Radioman aboard the USS Temptress. his good friend George Abraham served as Chief Steward. George died in 1972, and Dorothy in 1976. Larry remarried George's widow, Jimmie (Rogers) Abraham, and they enjoyed 18 years of retirement together.
