She was a homemaker and lived most of her life in Missouri, retiring in Florida. She moved back to Missouri in 2002.
Surviving are husband William A. Lowen of Higginsville; son William H. Lowen of Higginsville; 2 grand children; Amy (Mike) Rolan and Will (Heidi) Lowen; 8 great grand children Emily, Molly & Anabel Rolan, Jessica Rogers, Bailey Bologna, Samantha, Jack & Ethan Lowen; Great Great grand child Julian Rogers.
A Memorial service will be at 11:00 AM on Friday at Missouri Veterans Chapel. Inurnment will be at Missouri Veterans Cemetery, Higginsville.
