He had lived in Topeka about 50 years. He was a member of Assumption Catholic Church. He worked for Green Grocery Store and the Rich Food Plan before he retired five years ago.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Lula Rudolph, at home; his mother, Mrs. Anna Rudolph, 1609 Atchison; three brothers, John Rudolph, 1609 Atchison, George Rudolph 422 Emmett, and Edward Rudolph, 444 Emmett; and two sisters, Rose Rudolph, Pasadena, Calilf., and Mrs. Anna Gettler, LaPuente,Calif.
Services will be at 8:30 a.m., Saturday, at Assumption Catholic Church. Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Rosary will be recited at 8 p. m. Friday at Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home.
