Beryl Joyce Gourley Sheldon, 90 of Rogers, passed away July 15, 2008 in Bentonville. Mrs. Sheldon was born May 16, 1918 in Malvern, Iowa the daughter of William Madison and Helen Mae St. John Madison. She worked for Union Carbide in Red Oak, Iowa, she enjoyed babysitting and active at the Benton County Senior Center where she enjoyed playing pool. She is preceded in death by her husbands Leonard Christianson and John Gourley and a grandson Glen Dean Dailey.
She is survived by her husband Aubrey Sheldon of the home; her daughter Joyce Taylor of Rogers and her son Robert Christianson of Shenandoah, Iowa; 3 grandchildren Joanna Anderson, Robert Earl Christianson, Jr. and Mark Anthony Christianson; 6 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
