After a lingering illness, Mrs Ova McCormick died at the home of her mother, Mrs Deck, in Browntown last Wednesday. Burial was at the Browntown cemetery the next day. Her children all were with her at the last -- Mrs Everett Lewis; her son D C who lives with his grandmother; and Wanda, who makes her home with her aunt and uncle, Mr and Mrs John Steelman, in Knoxville and attends school there.
