Phyllis L. (Hyatt) Allen, 75, Martinsville, passed away at 7:51 p.m. on Thursday, June 14, 2012 at Indiana University Health Morgan Hospital.
She was born on Sunday, October 25, 1936 in Indianapolis, Indiana, to the late Charles and Minnie (Stewart) Hyatt.
On April 13, 1962 she married Eugene W. "Pop" Allen and he passed away on October 1, 2010.
Phyllis is survived by sons, Eugene W. Allen, Jr. and Michael Allen both of Martinsville; a brother Charles Hyatt of Martinsville.
Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. on Monday, June 18, 2012 at New South Park Cemetery in Martinsville.
