Born in Cass county on October 21, 1866, he had spent most of his lifetime in Carroll county. His marriage in 1896 was to Ida Stine baugh, who preceded him in death. Deceased belonged to the Church of the Brethren.
Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Charles Ray Wolf, of Americus; a sister, Mrs. Priscilla Neher, of Orland, Ind.; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services were conducted at the Jackson Funeral Home, in Delphi, at 3 p. m., yesterday, with Rev. Carl Beaver officiating. Burial was made in the Colburn U. B. cemetery.
