Les had farmed in Strasburg Township for many years. He then worked in a greenhouse for over 17 years, and retired from his contracting and painting business.
He was an active member of Calvary Church. An avid outdoorsman, Les enjoyed hunting, fishing and traveling. He loved spending time with his family.
Born in Salunga, he was the son of the late Merle and Bertha (Weber) LeFevre. Les is also survived by two sons, Jeff married to Vickie LeFevre of Newport, PA, Jay C. married to Linda LeFevre of Galeton, CO; three daughters, Julie married to John Lefever of Lancaster, Jeanie LeFevre-Glick married to Dean Glick of Bird-In-Hand and Jill married to Don Weidman of Lancaster; 16 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a brother, Larry married to Tess Zook of New Providence. Les was preceded in death by a grandson, Justin LeFevre; two brothers, Laverne Zook and William Zook; and a sister, Shirley Scarpone.
