Funeral Services were held Sunday afternoon at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, Bucksville, For Samuel S Lowery, 75, Route 2 Auburn, with the Rev. Stanford Murphy officiating.
Mr. Lowery died Friday night at Logan County Hospital after a year's illness.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Linnie Lowery; fieve daughters, Mrs. Rufus Lowery, Mrs. Dennis Lee of Bowling Green, Mrs. Calvin Lowery and Mrs Delso Snow, of Indianapolis Indiana, and Mrs. Albert Lee, Route 2, Auburn; three sona, Charles Lowery Murphysboro TN, Clarence Lowery of Bowling Green and Earl Lowery Indianapolis; five sisters, Mrs. Fannie Brady, Louisville,
Mrs Carrie Coles, Mrs. Maude Baugh and Mrs Bertie Powell all of Auburn and Mrs Lizzie Bryant of Dennis Station; rwo brothers, Doc Lowery Route 2 Auburn and Norman Lowery of Auburn.
