He was born to Thomas and Margaret Bell, October 1,1884 in, Clare County, Sheridan Township.
He married Grace Court in 1915 in Coleman. He was a farmer and a retired employee of Holley Carburetor, also, a member of Clare Congregational Church and Oddfellow Lodge No. 333.
Surviving are 1 son, Stuart of Clare.
Funeral services were held Sunday, October 24 from the Stephenson-Wyman Funeral Home, Clare, with Rev. Gilbert Miller officiating. Burial was in Cherry Grove Cemetery. Clare Sentinel dated 27 October 1976 (Thanks, Tom, for this obituary!)
