Chad Allan Bailey, 21, of Hurricane, WV passed away Monday, September 14, 2009 as a result of a motor vehicle accident near Hamlin, WV. He was born August 15, 1988 in Cabell County a son of Kitty Payton Bailey of Hurricane and the late Bill Bailey.
Chad was a laborer and a graduate of Cabell-Midland High School, He collected John Deere memorabilia and was a good and kind person.
Also surviving; sister, Deidra Bailey of Red House, WV; brothers, Billy and Eric Bailey both of Hurricane, WV and James Bailey of West Hamlin;
maternal grandmother, Rebecca Elkins of Branchland, WV; five nephews, four nieces;
uncle and aunt Tim and Evelyn Payton and cousin Chrystle Payton.
