He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, a past master of the John Darling Lodge No. 154 F&AM, a member of the Egypt Temple Shrine and the Tampa Lions Club. Survivors include his wife, Eleanor; a son, Capt. Robert T. Davis, U.S. Navy ret., Darnestown, Md.; a daughter, Carolyn D. Turpin, Annandale, Va.; a brother, Gordon P. Davis, Monroeton, Pa.; and five grandchildren. Curry & Son Funeral Home, Tampa.
