PHILIP V. CAPUANO, died Dec. 4, 1999 at age 85, at home in Rancho Bernardo, CA, formerly of Lyndhurst, OH. Born Feb. 11, 1914. Graduate of Cleveland Hts. High School and Case Western Reserve University. He received his law degree from Cleveland State University. Retired as Vice President of Personnel of Trust Administration Dept. and in-house attorney for the Cleveland Trust Bank (now Key Corp). He served in World War II in the European Theatre of War and was awarded the Bronze Star. He is survived by wife Stella R. Capuano of Rancho Bernardo, CA; sister, Virginia Davern of Cleveland, OH; daughters, Mary Ann Makee of Cleveland, Kathleen Toth of Danville, CA, Barbara Kuhlman of Eden Prairie, MN, and Priscilla Gompers of Wheeling, WV; and 11 grandchildren. Long time member of the Ohio Bar Assn.
