Lucy Lilly was born in Lafayette Co., Wisconsin, May 28, 1875. Died Feb. 15, 1917, aged 59 years, 8 months and 17 days. She came to Kansas, when a child. Was married to Willis Frances Burris in 1869, to this union was born one child, Mrs. Mintie Burris Hardman. In 1874 she was married to Asa Campbell Mann to this union was five children. Mrs. Mollie Coleman of Idaho, Mrs. Lula Vaugh of Raymond, Kansas, Mr. Otis Mann of Hamilton, Kansas, Mrs. Lilen Wahl of Oklahoma Cioty, Okla., and Mrs. Eda Deadmond of Sterling, Kansas.
She united with the Christian church in Eureka, Kansas in 1880 and she remained a faithful christian a fond and loving mother. The funeral was held at the home five miles southwest of Hamilton, Friday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock. Rev. S. F. Beiderwell officiating, burial in Hamilton Cemetery.
