Born in Greenville, she was a daughter of the late Thomas Jefferson and Victoria Adams Jordan.
Surviving are three daughters, Dawn Howell Butts and Kelley Howell, both of Jonesboro, Ark., and Van Howell Messer and her husband, Larry, of Los Angeles, Calif.; grandchildren, Jessie, Ashley and Berlin, all of Jonesboro, and Madison, Weston and Thane, all of Los Angeles; two sisters, Ann Trammell and Mattie Keys and husband, Wayne; and three brothers and sisters-in-law, Tom and Martha Jordan, Ron and Glenda Jordan, and Don and Barbara Jordan.
Services will be conducted Wednesday at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Berea First Baptist Church.
Inurnment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
