Choconut: Robert W. Neely III, 47, died unexpectedly on Sat. July 2, 2011. He was predeceased by his parents, Thelma A. & Robert W. "Rip" Neely Jr. He is survived by his sister, Lori Allen, Johnson City, a brother, John Edward Neely, Choconut, a nephew, Michael Allen, a niece, Rhiley Neely, step siblings Becky Schramm, Peggy Shamberger, Rob McHenry, all of Vestal, close friends, Bob Malinowski, Bill Sosenko, Raymond Hunter & The LaMont Family. Bob had a unique laugh and sense of humor, he will be missed. The family requests all who knew and loved Bob, to have a toast in his honor. May he rest in peace with his father. Graveside Services will be held at Vestal Hills Memorial Park on Thurs. at 1 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.
