"Fredrick W. Lorenz Pioneer Passes
Fredrick William Lorenz died Wednesday after a three weeks illness. He was born in Germany October 17th, 1876, and came to the United States thirty-two years ago, settling at Talbot where he has resided since. He was president of Renton Aerie No. 1722 F. O. E., Past Chancellor Commander of Delphia Lodge No. 2 Knights Pythias.
Mr. Lorenz is survived by his wife, Charlotte Lorenz; five daughters, Mrs. Charlotte Beerman, Mrs. Mary Crosby, Miss Mimi Lorenz, Mrs. Mrs. Betty Klopach, Renton, and Mrs. Bertha Berry of Seattle; three brothers, Gus, Herman and John Lorenz of Renton; one sister Mrs. Elizabeth Dahl of Seattle, and seven grand children.
Funeral services will be held on Friday at 3 p.m. from Stokes Mortuary under the auspices of Renton Aerie No. 1722 at the chapel and Delphia Lodge No. 2, Knights of Pythias at the Greenwood cemetery."
