EDWARD P. DANDORPH KENILWORTH
Edward P. Dandorph, 93, passed away on Monday, October 4, 2010. He was born in New York City, but lived over 55 years in Weehawken before moving to Kenilworth 10 years ago.
He was a machinist for Airco Co. in Union, New Jersey for many years before retiring. He was a World War II veteran of the Army and a member of the Disabled American Veterans.
Edward was the beloved husband of the late Antoinette Dandorph (nee Corrato) and the devoted father of Kenneth Dandorph and Debra La Bruno. He was also the loving grandfather of Michael Dandorph, Lisa Antonuccio, Anthony and Nicole La Bruno as well as the greatgrandfather of 5.
The funeral will be on Thursday, October 7, 2010, 9:30 a.m. from the Leber Funeral Home then to St. Lawrence Church at 10:30 a.m. for a Mass.
The interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 6, 2010, from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Leber Funeral Home 2000 Kennedy Boulevard Union City, New Jersey 07087 (201) 863-1100.
