GROSSNICKLE, ALICE FAY SMITH - age 68, graduated into the presence of her Savior Jesus Christ on Friday, June 15, 3012. Preceded in death by her parents, Dillard and Grace Smith; brothers, Whitney and Everette; and sister, Elaine. Survivors are her daughter and son-in-law, Tracy and Eric Lenhoff and their seven children; brothers, Don, Calvin and wife Betty; sisters, Joyce, Madelyn, Lila, Rebecca Jane, Patricia, and Sharon. She also leaves behind several nieces and nephews. Alice was a devoted mother, daughter and sister. During the years Alice lived in Knoxville, she was a member of Bethesda Christian Fellowship Church where she always felt loved and spiritually cared for. A memorial service will be held for family and friends on June 30 at 6:00 p.m. at Bethesda Christian Fellowship Church on Cedar Lane in Knoxville. Alice chose to be cremated; interment arrangements to be made at a later date.
