PETITT, Marion G. - Age 91, of Pleasant Lake, died July 22, 2004 at Lapeer Medical Care Facility. Marion was born July 30, 1912 in Saginaw, the daughter of the late Carl and Mary Conway (Struble). She later married A.J. Petitt on May 26, 1934 in Otisville. Marion retired from Columbiaville Elementary in 1972, and was a member of the Michigan Retired School Personnel. She also was previous member of Oregon United Methodist Church. Marion is survived by her loving children: Carl (Lequita) Petitt of North Branch, Shirley Murray of FL, Sandra (David) Aldrich of VA, Marilyn LaClaire of Columbia-ville. She is also survived by her sister, Geraldine Patterson; 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grand-children; 1 great-great-grand-child. She was preceded in death by her husband A.J. Funeral Service 1PM Monday, July 26, 2004 at Oregon United Methodist Church. Friends may visit Sunday 12-9PM at Jansen Family Funeral Home-Columbiaville, and 10:30AM until time of service at the church. Rev. James Paige officiating. Interment Smith Hill Cemetery, Otisville.
