Bud was one of the early pioneers in television broadcasting in Cincinnati Ohio. The shows bud starred in were "String Beans Club House", "Bud Chase's Sweepstakes Shop" and "The Bud Chase Show" on WCPO Channel 9 in Cincinnati. Bud served as a captain in the army during the Korean conflict.
