Mrs. Eula Myers, 88, of McLeansboro died at 4 p.m. Friday at Hamilton Memorial Nursing Center in McLeansboro.
She was a homemaker and housewife.
She was born in Hamilton County on Feb. 5, 1916, to William and Maude (O'Neal) Millenbine. She married Kenneth Myers on Jan. 6. 1940 and had 64 years of marriage. He survives in McLeansboro.
Funeral services were 1pm monday at the Gholson Funeral Home in McLeansboro. Rev. Ken Cook and Rev. Robert Sefried will officiate.
Visitation was from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday at Gholson Funeral Home. Burial was in Blooming Grove Cemetery near McLeansboro.
Survivors include; grandchildren, Andy and wife, Jamie Ellis of Shilo, Jody and wife, Amanda Ellis of McLeansboro, Mrs. Jerrie Nice of McLeansboro, Mrs. Terrie and husband, Mrs. Julie Sullivan and Husband Quentin Rod Irvin of McLeansboro, Mrs. Christie and husband, Jeff Stover of Mt. Vernon; sisters, Mrs. Irma Hook of Dahlgren, Mrs. Betty Henson of McLeansboro,and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Darlene Myers Ellis ; two infant great grandchildren; and a brother, Ray Millenbine.
