Shirley T. Warren, 72, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, June 27, 2012.

Shirley was born on December 25, 1939 in Cordele, Georgia. She was a longtime faithful member of Central Baptist Church where she taught the International Sunday School Class. She was a faithful servant of the Lord, loved to study God's word, was gracious and kind; a legacy her family is proud to carry on. She was a loving homemaker and enjoyed fishing with her beloved husband, W.D.; Shirley will be remembered as a loving, faithful wife, wonderful mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend to so many who loved her dearly. Her parents, Hunter O. Wade and Fannie Grace Wade, and siblings, James Wade, Annette Giles, Joel Wade, Samuel Wade, Greenberry Wade, and Paul Wade, all preceded her in death.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her beloved husband, W.D. Warren; sons, Rusty Hartzog (Sonya), all of Warner Robins; Mike Hartzog (Suzanne), Lizella; Nolan Hartzog, Warner Robins; stepchildren, Wayne Warren, Hawkinsville; Sharon Plott (Alfred), Villa Rica; Kenneth Warren (Deborah); Jean Williams (Craig), all of Warner Robins; siblings, Lamar Wade, Glenn Wade, Marvin Wade, David Wade, Simon Wade, Kathy Young, Etta Blackie, Nathalee Ethridge, J.R. Wade, fourteen grandchildren, one great grandchild, many nieces and nephews, and a host of other loving family members and friends.
