Roy Harry Retzlaff was the son of Herman and Alma (Schwartz) Retzlaff. Roy served in the military during World War II before he married Margaret Dorothy Beeckler 17 Mar 1950 in Dubuque, Iowa. They lived in the country near Riley, Wisconsin for many years before moving to Coloma in 1987. Roy and Margaret had four children. He died at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Tomah, WI.
