The obit reads such that his DOB would have been 12-31-1859 in order to die at age 24 and 1 day.
"Death of Frank Walters.
Frank Walters, of Oakville, died of consumption at the residence of his step-father, J. J. McIntyre, Tuesday night at half past nine. The young man had been slowly giving way to the insidious attack of this dread disease, for about a year and a half; he was engaged in business at Woodland until failing health compelled his return to the family home at Oakville. His last illness confined him to his bed for about five weeks, and he finally passed away as above stated, at the early age of 21 years and one day. Deceased leaves a wife and three children to mourn his loss. The funeral takes place to-day from the Christian church at Yountville."
