Murder Victim. Roberta was featured in the documentary "Streetwise", It was released in 1984 and is a documentary created about teenagers that were homeless on the streets of Seattle. Roberta was last seen on February 7, 1987, when she was released from the custody of the Portland, Oregon, Police Department. It was believed that she was headed back to Seattle. She was twenty one years old when she disappeared. On September 11, 1991, more than four years after she was last seen, a Washington State Parks employee discovered Roberta's skeletal remains at the end of a dead-end dirt road, located north of Highway 410 between mileposts 36 and 37. Roberta was the 43rd victim of Gary Leon Ridgway, known as "The Green River Killer" who was responsible for the murders of 49 women in Seattle, Washington, between 1982 and 1984.
