DEATHS AND BURIALS
JONES-Funeral services for Mrs. W. Lulu Jones, 2004 West Fifth street, who died of pneumonia fever at St. John's Hospital yesterday afternoon, will be conducted at the parlors of the Hurlbut Undertaking Company at 10 o'clock tomorrow morning.
Burial will be made in Fairview Cemetery. Mrs. Jones was taken to the hospital three days ago. She was 45 years old. Two sons and two daughters survive.
Note:
The death certificate for Mrs. Jones was located indexed under the name of Mrs. W. Lulu Jones.
It indicated that she died from typhoid fever that was contributed to by lobar pneumonia. There is a discrepancy between the age given in the newspaper article and her death certificate. Newspaper reported it as 45 y/o and the death certificate gave it as 59 (the dates agree with 59)
Also, her brother in law, J. R. Lowe was the informant and Her father was William Huckaby.
