11 year old Tyler suffered fatal head injuries when the scooter he was riding crashed into a pick up truck. He was not wearing a helmet.
His parents have gone to government officials asking for a law to be passed so that other children and parents wont suffer the way they have.
As of January 1, 2004- there is a law in effect that comes with a $25 fine for not wearing a helmet with scooter, skateboards and bikes. It is called Tyler's law.
