Maude Ann (Heth) Boone, 73, of Evansville, IN, passed away at 4 a.m., on August 11, 1975, at Welborn Hospital. Maude had been ill for the past three months.

Maude was born in Mason, IL, to Charles H. Heth and Kate (Hawley) Heth on May 18, 1902.

Maude, a licensed funeral director, was on the board of directors of the Boone Funeral Home at 4th and Chandler Streets downtown, Evansville, and a member of the Indiana and National Funeral Directors Association. She was a member of the Oakland City Eastern Star No. 451, the White Shrine, Isis I Temple Daughters of the Nile, a charter member of the Welborn Baptist Hospital Auxiliary and the No-Ruz Grotto Auxiliary. She also was a member of the First Baptist Church and the Alice Findlay Circle of the church.

She is survived by her husband, George W. Boone, two sons, Charles W. Boone, and Dr. Robert D. Boone, both of Evansville; two grandchildren, David and Michael Boone, both of Evansville; and two sisters, Irene Myslik, of Oakland City, and Blanche Kincaid of Boynton Beach, FL.

Private services will be 10 a.m., Wednesday at Boone Funeral Home, 400Chandler Avenue, Evansville, IN, with the Reverend Eugene Ton officiating. Entombment will be in Oak Hill Mausoleum.
