MRS. ADA COE COLBURN, 89, Pike County native, died at 10 p.m., Wednesday at the home of a son, Douglas of New Holland, Route 1, after an illness of four weeks. She was born January 29, 1877, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Coe.

Her husband, Charles Colburn, died March 28, 1953. She was also preceded in death by a son, Herbert, four sisters, and a brother.

Surviving are five daughters, Mrs. Everett Rittenhouse of New Vienna; Mrs. Crosby Dennis of Washington C. H.; Mrs. William Lowery of Chillicothe, Route 7; Mrs. Herbert Willis of Clarksburg Route 1, and Mrs. Walker Dyke of Waverly Route 3; five sons, Lawrence and Elzie of Waverly Route 3; Merrill of Waverly Rte. 2; Ervin of Mt. Sterling Route 1, and Douglas, at whose home she died; 85 grandchildren and 60 great grandchildren and three brothers, Albert Coe of Decatur, NE; Charles Coe of South Charleston, and Frank Coe of Milford Center.

Service will be at 2 p.m., Saturday, at the Denver Church with the Rev. James Reinhart officiating. Burial will follow in the Denver Cemetery under the direction of the A. H. Boyer Funeral Home.
