Ward, Grand Bay, Ala.; three sons and daughters-in-law, Errol and Billie Jean Klein, Clinton, Boo and Nat Klein, Center, Texas, and Dan Jr. and Ellen Klein, St. Francisville; a sister and brother-in-law, Carolyn and Johnny Harvey, Wetumpka, Ala.; two brothers and sisters-in-law, George A. and Jody Banta, Baton Rouge, and Louis and Debbie Banta, Columbia, S.C.; sister-in-law, Mary Banta, Livingston; grandchildren, Chad Klein, Dusty Braud, Justin Klein, Dakotah Klein, Tyler Klein and Lorna Klein; great-grandchildren, Jesse Klein and Lezia Grace Klein; and a very dear friend, Charles Klein and his family.

Preceded in death by her husband, Dan Klein Sr.; parents, Edith and Bert Banta; brother, Bert Banta Jr.; and two nephews, Burton Banta III and Denny Day.
