Ruth Mary Blanchard Capone passed away on March 21, 2013 in St. George, Utah. Ruth was born to Floyce and Emile Blanchard on July 30, 1920 in Glens Falls, New York. She married Albert Edward Capone who died in 1964.

Ruth loved her faith, walking, collecting dolls, sewing, traveling, and spending time with people.

She is survived by her two daughters, Angela Mittleberger, and Genevieve (Robert) Kvatsak; a sister, Elsie Clute; daughter-in-law, Maryrita Capone; 9 grandchildren, Jerome, Larry, Shelly, and Michael Reynolds, Debbie Heisler, Anthony and Scott Brayton, Robert and Joseph Capone; and many great and great-great grandchildren that she loved so much.

She was preceded in death by her husband, her two sons, Robert and Edward Albert Capone, sisters, Edna Bentley and Harriett Powers, and brothers, Emile and Ralph Blanchard.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 26, 2013 at the St. George Catholic Church with a Rosary at 12:15 pm and the Funeral Mass at 1:00 pm. A viewing for family and friends will be held from 6:00 to 7:00 pm on Monday, March 25, 2013 at SereniCare Funeral Home, 1316 S. 400 E. in St. George, Utah.
