For over 50 years Eunice was employed with First National Bank which later became First Midwest Bank and retired
in 1985 as Vice President.
Survivors are one step daughter, Judy (Jerry) Altig of Spokane, WA; three step grandchildren; eight great step
grandchildren; several nieces and nephews, David (Billie Jean) Matteson of Morris, Kenneth (Ruby) Matteson of Morris, Greg (Cheryl) Matteson of Ottawa, Marianne (Gary) Brooks of Wilmington, Nancy (deceased Jimmie) Williams
of Mexico, NY, Gary (Nancy) Morrison of Crossville, TN, Ann (Mike) Koch of Alamo, CA, Norm (Ann) Peterson of Reno,
NV, Marilyn (Denys) Wortman of Martha"s Vineyard, MA, and John (Sue) Parsons of Hilton Head Island, SC.
Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, Wilfred in 1987; six sisters, Elouise Peterson, Alma Parsons, Ruth Martens, Florence Davis, Violet Matteson and Lois Morrison; one brother, Earl Peterson; one nephew, Ronald Peterson.
She was a lifelong and active member of Grace Lutheran Church and served on various committees of the church,
member of the Morris Country Club, member of Morris Business & Professional Women's Club and did volunteer work at Morris Hospital.
She enjoyed watching golf and spending time with her family and friends.
