Tony C. Rivera, 76, of Phoenix, retired steel fabricator, died March 4, 1997. He was born in Tucson, and was a World War II Army veteran and member of the American Legion.
Survivors include his daughters, Helen Amavisca Irene Alvarado, Gloria Rodriguez, Margaret Rapp and Esther Winkleman; sister, Nellie Salinas; brothers, Ignacio and Arthur; 12 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
