Ronnie was my baby brother. He never finished high school and worked on farms around Stratford and Gruver, Texas until his death. His marriage to Rene Stipe was a rocky one from the beginning. His first child only lived a few days, and then along came Justin Dean Adcock, the light of his life. Ronnie's last car was a bronze colored Mustang of which he was very proud. Ronnie was tall and had dark brown hair and a beautiful smile. He too loved the rock and roll music and usually had it blaring on the car radio. He also loved motorcycles. It was the love of these cycles that led to his early death. He and Larry had both bought new machines and had taken them out for a run near Claude, Texas when Ronnie sped ahead of Larry and disappeared over a hill. He missed the curve, and by the time Larry caught up with him, he was lying in a pasture. He died in Larry's arms. I will always miss his sweet spirit and the great times we used to have together.
