JANICE BRYAN, 65, Webster City, died Thursday, Aug. 15, 2002 at the Southfield Wellness Community. Funeral Services will be held 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, with Rev. Travis Schmidt officiating. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery. Visitation will be at the church two hours prior to the service.
Janice Marie Zahner, daughter of Lloyd and Marie Strempke Zahner, was born Jun 20, 1937 at Webster City. She received her education in the Webster City school system. On Dec. 1, 1954, she married Roger Bryan at Webster City. The couple resided in Webster City. She had been employed at the Super Valu and the Super Maid Cafe, several years ago. Since May of 1991, she had resided at Southfield.
Mrs. Bryan is survived by her husband, Roger; sons and daughters-in-law, Jim & Wendy Bryan of Webster City, Randy & Deb Bryan of Clear Lake, Ivan & YeVonne Bryan of Jewell; daughter, Jenny David of Pointa Mita, Mayarit, Mexico; grandchildren, Cory and Lance David, Taylor, Gracie, Andrea and Heather Bryan, Jennifer Rahe; six great-grandchildren; sisters, Ruth Olthoff of St. Paul, MN., Judy Peterson of Eagle Grove, Kathy Lande of Mishicot, Wis.; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Donald and Bob Zahner.
She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
