Mrs. Jake (Lillian A.) Naidl, 67, of 332 Truman St., Whitelaw, died unexpectedly Thursday morning, Jan. 17, at Memorial Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday at St. John-St. James Evangelical Lutheran Church, Reedsville. The Rev. Harlyn Kuschel will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Naidl, nee Lillian Michel, was born June 25, 1912, in the Town of Manitowoc Rapids, daughter of the late William and Alvina Larson Michel. As a small child she moved with her parents to Sheboygan, residing there until 1930, when they moved to the Town of Mishicot. Following hermarriage (sic) to Jake Naidl May 2, 1942, at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Manitwooc, they farmed in the Town of Cooperstown until 1978 when they retired and moved to Whitelaw. She was a member of St. John-St. James Evangelical Lutheran Church.
Survivors include her husband, Jake, a brother and sister-in-law, William and Elaine Michel of rural Two Rivers and nieces and nephews. A brother, LeRoy, preceded her in death.
Friends may call at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home, Manitowoc, 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday and at the church from noon Saturday until the time of services.
