Dorothy was an accounts payable clerk with various trucking companies and was employed with the Darling Transfer Company for 20 years. She retired in 1989 from the C&M Cartage Company. Dorothy was a member of Grandview Christian Church, and the Order of the Eastern Star.
She was survived by her son, daugter-in-law, granddaughter, brother and sister-in-law. Graveside services were held on Tuesday, August 8th, at Chapel Hill.
