TUPELO – Louise Whitworth Berlin Ford, 85, formerly of Corinth, died Sunday, July 8, 2012, at the Sanctuary Hospice House. She was born July 22, 1926, in Tishomingo County to Shelby Blythe Whitworth and Ethel Pace Whitworth. She was a member of St. Luke Methodist Church in Tupelo and a former member of First Methodist Church in Corinth. She retired as executive director of the Alcorn County Chapter of American Red Cross.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Luke Methodist Church with the Rev. Rick Brooks officiating and Terry Bullard delivering the eulogy. Burial will be at Forest Memorial Park in Corinth. W.E. Pegues Funeral Directors is in charge of the arrangements.

Survivors include her husband, Ray Ellis Ford; one daughter, Lynda Bullard (Terry); stepsons, Greg Ford (Farris Dawn) and Danny Ford (Naomi); grandchildren, Whitney Ueltschey (Marcus), Rebecca Goldman (Justin), Katie Ray (Talmadge), Garet Ford (Casey), Grant Ford (Janell), Summer Bowers (Richard); great-grand children, Sarah Caroline, Ben Luke and Sam Ueltschey, Graham and Jake Goldman; special friends, Drs. Osvaldo and Marta Hans; special caregivers, Delois Caruthers, Ann Pulliam, Pat Thompson, Minnie Ivy and Kathy Riddle; nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be one hour prior to service at the church.
