He is survived by his wife; Arminda Large Tharp; children: Mrs. Mary Lee Trulove of Albany, Mrs. Ethel Watenpaugh of Corvallis, Harold Tharp of Fossil, Oregon, Pearne Tharp of Tangen; 4 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at the Fisher Funeral Home, Saturday, may 3 at 2:00 p.m. Interment will be at a local cemetery.
