She was the daughter of Minor Windsor Fairfax (died 1880) and Verlinda Tansel Fairfax (born about 1820).
On December 20, 1870 as Annie I. Fairfax, she married Charles Arundell in Prince William County, Virginia.
They were the parents of two children.
Age 30 years. Buried February 17, 1882.
