Obituary - Aaron J. Brewer, an employee of Kertscher & Company's plant, died Sunday at 1:30 pm at the family home, 701 Judson St., aged sixty years. He was a former resident of Wells, Pa., and was a member of the I.O.O.F. lodge of that place. The decedent is survived by his widow; a daughter, Gretchen; a step-daughter Miss Emma Shafer, both of this city; three brothers, Levi of this city, Adelbert of Breesport, and Joel R. of Oneida; two sisters, Mrs. Nettie Whitaker of the state of Washington and Mrs. Harry Hunt of this city. The funeral will be held at Wilson's undertaking rooms Tuesday at 2 pm. The Rev. Mr. Benton to officiate. Burial in the Pine City Cemetery (The Telegram, Elmira, New York, Sunday, January 6, 1918).
