as father of William Neer 18 yrs old
Sarah Frazier Neer / Near is Alive on 1880 census record Living with her great granddaughter Mary & husband a daughter of her son Phillip Neer / Near at Williams Co, Ohio.
The Near family came to Williams Co Ohio abt 1837 along with another daughter of John Neer's
Nancy Neer born 1813 VA the wife of Bentley Hannum . Bentley lived until he was in his late 90's.
