Services will be at 10 a. m. Monday, at Assumption Catholic Church for John J. Rudolph, 61, 240 Scotland, who died Thursday in a Topeka hospital where he had been a patient two days. He had been ill about a year.
He was born July 17, 1911 in (San Pablo) Buenos Aires, Argentina, and lived in Topeka 59 years.
He served in the Army during WW II. He was a member of Assumption Catholic Church. He was self-employed as a trucker.
He was married to the former Catherine Baum. She survives.
Other survivors include his mother, Mrs. Anna Rudolph, 1609 Atchison; two brothers, Edward Rudolph, 444 Emmett and George Rudolph Jr., 206 Grattan; and two sisters, Rose Rudolph and Mrs. Anna Marie Gettler, both of 1609 Atchison.
Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Mrs. Rudolph will lie in state from 2 to 9 p. m. Sunday at Brennan Funeral Home where a parish rosary will be recited at 7:30 p. m. Sunday.
