will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the First Baptist Church in Udall. Pastor John Bilyeu will officiate. Burial will be in Star Valley Cemetery.

Friends may call at Senter-Smith Mortuary in Mulvane from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. today and from 1 to 8 p.m. Sunday.

The family suggests memorials be made to the Udall Fire Department.

Sweet was born Feb. 19, 1957, in Winfield, to Lester "Bud" and Roxie Lee (Grant) Sweet.

On Feb. 23, 1980, he married Teresa M. Walker.

He had been a roustabout with the Stelbar Oil Co. for 21 years and also volunteered with the Udall Fire Department.

Survivors include his wife, Theresa Sweet, two daughters, Caitlin Sweet and Kirsten Sweet, and his parents, Bud and Roxie Lee Sweet, all of Udall; and two sisters, Vicki Sue Atkinson, Wichita, and Patti Wilson, Udall.
