The eldest of two daughters of Oscar A. Craigo and Belinda Clementine Conwell, she married Fred C. Boor on January 1, 1901. They had two children - Dwight Winfield (1902-1903) and Howard Simpson (1906-1963). Bessie died from cancer of the thyroid. An entry in the Conwell family Bible notes that Bessie died on February 1, 1945, although her monument says January 31.
